join the revolution (or at least get the t-shirt)

February 13, 2007

VC is hosting the “Feast of St. Patrick” party. Come and hang out and let T Hunter, B. Ekblad, G. Hunsberger and several hundred of your next best friends rock your world. (Side note: is it wrong that i want to call Hunsberger the “Hunsburglar”? Can’t you just see him in the McD’s jail motif? I don’t even know him yet. What am i thinking…)

I can see it now, a silkscreening operation set up in the back of St. E’s – then somebody would have to come in there and run the moneychangers out of the damn temple. aaaaaggghh!!!

i could use just such a conference. lots of stuff perking these days in my brain regarding social justice, urban ministry, and the idea of solitude, discipline, and retreat.

but I’m already scheduled to go to a conference the previous weekend…will you be doing this again some time? next year?
